Growing high-end HOME BUILDER seeks HELPER/LABORER. Responsibilities include: site clean-up, materials receiving and organization, various installations, and special projects. Must be proficient in handling (for example) hammer and broom, as well as able to take on general light construction tasks. Self-supervision required. Experience in construction and punch-out work a plus. Must have reliable transportation and good driving record. Must be able to drive between multiple job sites during the day (with mileage reimbursements). Some jobs are in outlying areas. Pickup truck a plus. Must be dependable and possess strong work ethic.
