This is a structured W-2 position — not independent contracting or day labor.

$20–$25+ per hour, depending on position and performance

Position Responsibilities
Safely load, transport, and unload household goods
Protect customer property using pads, shrink wrap, and proper techniques
Operate moving equipment and assist with truck inspections
Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service
Follow company procedures and safety standards on every job
Minimum Requirements
Valid driver’s license (required for all positions)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
Punctual, professional, and dependable
Experience in moving, delivery, warehouse, or general labor is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidates.
