Good N' Green is interviewing candidates for a crew leader position. Looking for candidates that have experience managing a crew, driving trucks with trailers, and operating stand on and sit down zero turns. Crew leaders will be in charge of a 2 man crew servicing a set schedule of residential properties on a mostly weekly basis. Typical hours will be from 7:30 am until route is complete or 4:00 pm or thereabouts. Candidates must understand and accept that weather delays will affect work times and work days, and that work times and work weeks will periodically be extended in order to meet workload requirements.
Requirements:
Candidate should reside in or near the 23322 zip code and must be able to get to and from work on time
Must have a valid VA driver's license and good driving record
Be able to work in a non-smoking, drug free workplace
Ability to demonstrate operational experience with equipment prior to being offered employment as part of interview process
The ability to provide open availability to a full work schedule
