Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team. As a key member of The Sparkle Touch, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of commercial properties to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, kitchenette, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Dust furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces.
Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Ensure all cleaning duties are completed within the scheduled timeframes.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required (training provided).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
Background checks are required, however, convictions do not necessarily disqualify an applicant.
