This is a 1099 position. Please do not apply if you are not skilled at staircase installation. If you have experience in carpentry and enjoy working with power tools and assembling custom staircases this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Installation of solid oak treads, hand railing, knewl posts, balusters, risers, rosettes, wall railing, and scotia trim. THESE ARE REQUIRED- THOSE WITHOUT THIS SKILL SET NEED NOT APPLY!
Qualifications
-Must have own van and tools. This is a contracted position (1099)
- Proven experience as a staircase installation carpenter
- Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when necessary
- Familiarity with trim carpentry techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and precision in staircase installation techniques
