Need to be experienced with small exterior repairs such as caulking and small trim jobs and repairs. Must have transportation, break, ladder and tools.
Also helpful to be experienced with installing glass packs in vinyl replacement windows. Part time work is at an "as needed basis". Great for someone looking to make a little extra money on weekends.
