Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technician & Sales Specialist who can deliver exceptional cleaning services and confidently close sales on-site. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, interacting with customers, and earning bonuses based on performance. The position offers an hourly base rate as a minimum, with significant earning potential through job-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery:
- Perform professional pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and related services with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
2. On-Site Sales & Estimating:
- Assess customer needs during job visits and provide accurate, detailed estimates for additional services.
- Present service options, explain benefits, and confidently close sales on-site.
- Proactively upsell services to maximize customer value and job profitability.
3. Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport with clients by providing friendly, professional service and answering questions about their property’s needs.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
4. Daily Operations:
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment in good working condition.
- Document job details, estimates, and sales accurately using company tools and software.
- Assist with team duties and contribute to a productive, supportive work environment.
Compensation Structure

Qualifications
- Previous experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting equipment and working outdoors in varying conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
