GTB Enterprises is looking to hire a multi-faceted Construction Working Site Lead for a full time position. Applicants MUST have experience in project management and be able to manage multiple concurrent residential and commercial construction projects. Applicants MUST have a valid drivers license, their own transportation, and basic hand tools. This position will require the ability to gain access to Fort Eustis. Applicant MUST be able to pass background checks and obtain DBIDS access to base. Scope of work/responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
- Managing and scheduling sub-contractor crews on job sites
- Schedule and coordinate material deliveries and drop offs on multiple job sites on a daily basis
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Coordinate with management to meet operational needs and goals
- Must have a working knowledge of construction in the following areas:
-Basic Framing
-Sheetrock installation
-Trim replacement/Tie-Ins
-Aquawalls /FRP
-Not looking for installers but someone capable of Point ups if needed.
