Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to join our team.
We are a small team (4 people), and we like to maintain a respectful and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards (most boxes weight around 40lbs).
Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments in designated areas.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with good communication skills.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Benefits:
Salary compensation twice a month (same pay regardless of holidays/down-time) equivalent to $16 to $19 per hour depending on experience/skills
