We are looking for an Office Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Duties
Collect and input data for labor, mileage for invoicing and cost tracking
Conduct Weekly Payroll
Process Purchase Orders
Assist in permitting, inspections, and business licenses
Assist or complete Close-outs for jobs
Keep track of electrician’s safety training
Help with ordering and tracking all material for all jobs
Prepare relevant reports as needed
Requirements
Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel)
Effective telephone skills
Experience in multi-line telephone systems
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to multitask
