Our general dental office is looking for an experienced team member for our fast paced front desk. Must be able to multitask.
Responsibilities would include:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Presenting treatment plans with estimates
Collecting copays
Verifying insurance
Posting insurance payments
Candidate must possess the following:
Experience with dental software (Dentrix is a plus)
Minimum 5 years dental front desk experience
Positive attitude
Mature and reliable
Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Compensation based on level of experience.
