HIRING: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally and respectfully.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries.

Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.

Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist in preparing financial documents, such as invoices

Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Collaborate with other team members to support projects and initiatives as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.

Experience with billing and payroll

Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
