Additional $250 after 6 Months
Assists the Program Director with maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Residential Program.
Maintains the staff schedule
Monitors staff performance and provides feedback
Monitors quarterly Plans
Monitors equipment and supplies
Coordinates and monitors the documentation process
Orientates and trains Direct Support Professional Leads
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for this position include:
strong supervision skills
demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, community and staff
2 years' experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
2 years supervisory experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license
This position requires the successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigations.
