We are seeking someone who is a self-motivated individual with an emphasis on scheduling routine residential maintenance and repairs. This position will work on daily maintenance requests by creating task and work orders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic to self-perform as well as a working knowledge of all the duties needed to perform daily task. We need a team player who will perform efficiently, communicate with other team member's and customers in a courteous manner to ensure a positive environment and elevate client satisfaction.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Trouble-shoot and schedule maintenance requests; create maintenance tasks and work orders
-Coordinate maintenance work orders by property managers request.
-Perform office administrative task such as application request.
- Respond to after hours emergency maintenance calls when needed
-Interact with property managers, accounting and owners to explain the repairs performed and time table needed to perform task
- Use online portal to keep records, receipts and billing for each property request.
- Create and send invoices for each property to the accounting department
Job requirements:
Previous property management experience PREFERRED
Current active real estate license PREFERRED
Knowledge of any property management software; Appfolio, Buildium; or PropertyWare
Have knowledge of general home maintenance; be able to identify plumbing issues; smoke detector; HVAC Filters
Possess tools needed perform multiple office admin duties in a fast paced dynamic environment.
