Seasoned support person sought for professional office work environment. Must possess excellent written and verbal skills and be presentable, energetic, punctual, and of steady temperament. Knowledge of the financial industry a major plus. We are looking for someone who can provide full-time support, however other arrangements could be considered, there is some flexibility.
Candidate must possess expert level knowledge in the following areas: Windows AD/GPO, advanced TCP/IP skills, Office Applications/365 deployment, advanced virtualization skills, and backup management strategies. Connectwise Automate, NinjaRMM, Mac OSX/Parallels experience, basic nix skills, and structured-programming experience desired.
The work itself is challenging and interesting, with a lot of opportunity for independence and growth. The position is for on-site support during business hours.
Bachelor's Degree or advanced Microsoft Certifications, a minimum of 5 years experience in IT support, and clean background check required. Competitive salary and benefits.
