Shift Availability:
Various 2nd and 3rd shifts available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent INVICTA Security Services, LLC in a professional manner.
Provide a command presence to deter criminal activity.
Conduct patrols (foot/vehicle) of both commercial and residential properties.
- some posts will require extensive periods of standing/walking indoors and outdoors
- ability to perform services outdoors in various weather elements (ie: heat/cold/rain)
- ability to climb steps, open heavy doors, and move objects for safety may be required
Provide and maintain a secure and safe environment for customers, residents, employees, and vendors.
Maintain, as required by DCJS, all certifications and continued education trainings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current VA DCJS Armed or Unarmed Certification
Must Possess a Valid State Issued Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
One year of experience (Preferred but not required)
High School Diploma; GED; or Equivalent
Strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as a team
Must present a professional appearance
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to write clear and concise reports
Ability to positively interact with the general public
Possess reliable transportation
Have an active and working smart phone
Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods of time
Be able to work nights/weekends/holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
