You need to be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, organized & neat, have a positive attitude and have a friendly demeanor.
This position requires a passion for drumming as well as the mechanical ability to assemble, tune & repair acoustic drums.
A background in business and knowledge of other instruments & sound reinforcement is a bonus.
