As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying business opportunities and managing customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:
Develop detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from acquiring clients to closing deals
Identify new sales opportunities through networking and establish long-term partnerships
Present products to potential clients effectively
Offer professional after-sales support to boost customer loyalty
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs
Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and protect the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and data
Skills:
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role
Understanding of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Business acumen and a proactive, enthusiastic approach
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation:
$12.00 per hour during the 4-week training period, plus commission
$16.00 per hour (after training) base pay or commission whichever is higher
Salary: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year (First Year Potential)
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Potential in Subsequent Years)
