Senior Medical Sales Representative

About Us:

At MB Consulting, we are dedicated to transforming lives. Our mission is to provide advanced wound care solutions to the millions of Americans who are suffering from chronic wounds that are not healing. These cutting-edge allograft products are now 100% covered by Medicare, Tri-Care and other insurance platforms. We are direct to the manufacturer, and because of this you will have an absolute edge in the industry.

The Problem and Opportunity:

A December 2024 report from the NIH states that approximately 10.5 million Medicare beneficiary patients in the US have a hard-to-heal (chronic) wound, and this number is increasing as the population continues to age. The overwhelming majority of these patients are being treated with traditional methods that are not solving the problem.

The human amniotic membrane has been used in wound care for almost a century, but until recently there has been a limited shelf life. New techniques allow this miraculous material to be dried and stored for prolonged periods of time.

Government & private insurance companies now cover these new procedures 100%. This is game changing not only for the patients, but for you.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on promoting our advanced allograft products to physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have an exceptionally strong sales background, a strong rolodex of contacts in the Medical Sales industry, and a passion for improving patient care through innovative medical solutions. (If you do not yet understand the power of allograft wound care products, then please do a little research on your own before you reply.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with doctors, administrators, and other key personnel to educate them about the existence of advanced wound care products.

- Leverage existing contacts, and reach out to build and maintain new relationships with healthcare providers, including wound care specialists, hospitals, and clinics, to drive sales of allograft products.

- Educate clients on the advanced wound care benefits that are completely covered by Medicare and additional insurance platforms.

- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market needs and product development.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

Required:

- 5+ years of sales experience in medical sales, DME, pharmaceutical sales, or other relevant sales experience.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

- “A-Game” champion mentality

- Desire to apply the band-aid principle in life. You are tired of the slow peel. You would rather just rip it off and get it over with.

Preferred:

- Experience selling allograft products or biologics for wound care.

- Established network of healthcare provider contacts in wound care or related fields.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.

Why Join Us?

- Impactful Work: Help patients with chronic wounds recover and
restore their dignity and quality of life.

- Competitive Compensation: Earn uncapped commissions and large cash performance bonuses, as well as all-expenses-paid quarterly trips.

- Supportive Culture: Work with a collaborative team dedicated to winning. We don’t believe in participation trophies, and we don’t play for 2nd place.

- Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy the freedom of a remote role with the support of a dynamic team.

- We have your back: You will have access to the manufacturer’s sales managers to help you close accounts. Keep in mind that freedom carries a lot of responsibilities. You must be capable of (and demonstrate) getting the job done with minimal supervision.

You have lifestyle dreams that a normal sales job cannot provide for: If you grind here, then you could completely retire in 1 year.
