Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and restoration, along with the technical expertise to perform high-quality bodywork on various vehicles. This role requires a combination of welding sheet metal (quarters/ rocker panels etc), Bondo, Blocking and priming. Mostly on antique and performance automobiles. My shop is very layed back and we do not do rate work. Cash Available
Responsibilities:
Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal and panel replacement.
Fabricate and weld metal components as needed to restore vehicles to their original condition.
Execute auto painting tasks to ensure a flawless finish that meets quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Proven experience in auto body repair, restoration, or a related field.
Proficiency in sheet metal work and welding techniques.
Familiarity with auto painting processes and equipment.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience:
Auto body repair: 3 years (Preferred)
