ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair in construction sites, warehouses and offices.
Installing lockers, pallet rack, shelving, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, wire caging and similar products.
Must be able to control temperament and mouth. Profanity is forbidden.
Must have a active Virginia Drivers license or be able to obtain a valid drivers licenses.
Must be able to perform rigorous physical labor.
Capable of receiving and following instructions.
Understands proper use and care of hand and power tools.
Understands personal protection equipment requirements and wear a PPE when is needed.
Able to assist with structure assembly and disassembly.
Capable of working heights.
Able to lift in access of 50 lbs.

The employee is required to stand, walk, and have use of hands/arms.
Employee must be able to consistently pick up 50 lbs when needed.

Employee must be willing to follow directions and get along with supervisor or employee
outside or beyond his direct contacts within Virginia Storage Systems, Inc.
Must have TRANSPORTATION and be to work on TIME.
