Job Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry and remodeling tasks within RVs, including but not limited to, flooring, cabinetry, paneling, roof replacements and trim work.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute projects efficiently, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates and ensuring expectations are met.
- Continuously learn and apply new techniques and materials to stay ahead in the field.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or remodeling.
- Strong understanding of construction tools, materials, and techniques specific to RVs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
