DH Construction is a local construction company with 15 years of experience in Hampton Roads. We provide handyman services in residential and multi-family communities and general contracting services to include home additions and improvements. We are seeking someone with a good driving record, self motivated, dependable, and pays attention to detail.
Qualifications
5 yrs required, as you'll work under the guidance of experienced professionals.
High school diploma or GED
Must have valid driver's license and 0+ driving record.
Willing to develop understanding of basic residential construction safety, practices, and procedures
Strong communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
Own smartphone
Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, peers, and supervisors
Pass drug screening
Responsibilities
-Drive company vehicles to various job sites.
-Pick-up and deliver materials.
-Manage crew of 5 people or less.
-Receive service tickets through mobile app and document work performed.
-Work closely with office to schedule service tickets.
-Assist with basic carpentry and handyman work.
-Clean and maintain warehouse.
-Clean and maintain assigned vehicle.
-Oversee small handyman projects.
-Manage documents and receipts.
-Manage projects up to $15,000.
