Thriving renovation company is seeking a working project supervisor. Successful candidate to have a strong working knowledge of all facets of the construction renovation process. Must be organized, motivated and able to work independently or with others. Must be able to run projects efficiently from material management to scheduling of trades. Must have business license and workman's comp. Compensation as a subcontractor is up to 100k. Established crew/s that can be implemented is beneficial.
