Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Drywall and Painter Helper to join our growing team. This role involves supporting skilled tradespeople with drywall installation, finishing, and painting tasks. Ideal candidates will be hard-working, take direction well, and be willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with hanging, taping, and finishing drywall
Prep surfaces for painting (sanding, patching, caulking, masking)
Mix and apply joint compound and paint as needed
Help load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
Maintain clean and safe workspaces
Follow instructions from lead drywallers and painters
Perform general labor duties as needed on job sites
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of drywall and painting tools a plus
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
Reliable transportation to job sites or meet-up points
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Experience is preferred
