We’re a small hvac company that’s looking for a helper. Please read carefully and consider if you are the right person for the job. I’m going to describe what I’m looking for.
We’re looking for a younger guy that has a strong work ethic. None smoker. Looking for someone that wants to learn a trade and naturally enjoys working. Experience is a plus, but not required. Must have a driver’s license and transportation. Must look professional and presentable. Must be able to receive correction and follow directions.
Now I will describe the work we do so that you know what you’re applying for.
We install hvac air ducts and insulation. These jobs are mostly in residential homes that people are living in. We do commercial work periodically. The environment is typically the crawlspace, under the floor of the house. You will be crawling around under houses, demolishing the old air duct system and installing the new system. We install insulation in the floor and attic. Duct work is also in the attic at times.
This isn’t an easy job. You must be in shape. And have energy. Just understand that you’re applying for a man’s job where cupcakes and snowflakes melt. If you think you’re the guy, and wants to make money, give me a shout.
