Embroidery & Screen Print Production Assistant

Compensation
Starting at $15+ per hour, with opportunity for advancement & pay based on experience, willingness to learn, and overall
production performance.
Hours & Scheduling - Part or full-time availability
Shop Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Sat 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (irrelevant to production)
Production Hours: Early morning to late evening, 7 days a week
Flexible scheduling available — we are willing to work with the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
Receive, count, and verify UPS & FedEx shipments
Sort garments and confirm sizes, colors, quantities, and order accuracy
Review order details including files, imprint locations, and customer expectations
Assist with embroidery stitching, trimming, finishing, and quality control
Heat press screen print and digital transfer apparel
Fold, box, and prepare orders for customer pickup
Assist customers during pickup and request reviews when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn. Apparel or production experience is a plus but not required. Training
provided.
