We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior to Journeyman Electrician to join our team for residential flip projects. You should have knowledge of punch lists, be comfortable working in a fast-paced renovation environment, and possess reliable transportation and tools.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential properties undergoing renovation or flipping
Perform electrical work including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and panel installations
Review blueprints and project specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation needs
Address punch list items related to electrical work and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards
Work to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
Conduct electrical system inspections and testing to ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations
Safely transport tools and materials to and from job sites using reliable transportation
-General Labor Tasks: Assist with various aspects of residential rehabilitation, including demolition, construction, site clean-up, and heavy lifting.
-Site Assistance: Work alongside the team to prep, repair, and renovate residential properties, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Experience as an electrician (Junior level or Journeyman preferred) with hands-on knowledge in residential electrical work
Basic understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
Knowledge of how to handle punch list tasks during project completion
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
Proficient with standard electrical tools (drills, multimeters, wire strippers, etc.)
Reliable transportation and a vehicle capable of hauling materials and tools to job sites
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing project requirements
