Looking for a full-time building maintenance/handyman that is familiar with painting, plumbing, and has some experience with electrical work.
Duties & Skills Needed:
- Diagnose/repair plumbing issues and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment
- Basic painting skills to include interior walls as well as touch-ups
- Basic carpentry skills to include drywall repair, some stud repair as well as other carpenter skills
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring skills
- Must be able to meet and speak with contractors and vendors
- Heavy lifting
- Must have a valid Driver's License with good driving record.
Full-time, hourly position.
