What You'll Do:
Install residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Connect systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other components
Perform system start-ups and ensure all equipment operates to specifications
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Follow all safety procedures and comply with local HVAC codes
What We’re Looking For:
1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial)
EPA certification (Type I & II or Universal) – Required
HVAC certification or diploma from a trade school – Preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Real ID or Passport for DBIDS
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
