Position Details:
We are looking for a hands-on problem solver with broad maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills in:
Plumbing & electrical repair
Painting & drywall repair
Flooring installation & repair
Light HVAC maintenance
Roofing repairs
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience (preferred)
Must provide your own reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Must pass drug screening (drug-free workplace)
We prefer candidates who have their own tools and who can start working immediately.
