Manage facility, equipment, and vehicles, Ensure safety, adherence to financial and service goals. Provide training and meetings, to keep up-to-date industry technology and techniques. REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of management, leadership skills, and strong employee and customer relations, successfully create a teamwork environment. 1 year of restoration and/or construction. Must have MS excel and Outlook skills. Available evenings, weekends when needed, Normally there is an 8 hour day.
