Established 35 year property management company has immediate opening for a full time skilled and experienced handyman / maintenance man. Applicant should have 5-10 years’ experience in residential repair / maintenance / remodeling / construction. Applicant must be able to work quickly and efficiently on wide variety of residential maintenance and repair jobs with minimal supervision. Experience and skills required include light drywall finish, painting, light carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Custom maintenance van included tools, ladders equipment and supplies, provided.
