Must have own tools, PPE, reliable transportation and ability to work both by self and in a team. We manage single family and small multifamily complexes around the Hampton Roads area. We are looking for well rounded maintenance technician to help run service tickets and turn apartments in fast paced property management field.
HOURS: Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 4:30PM OR 10:00AM to 6PM. Overtime available - Alternative weekends
PAY: Based off of basic or advance knowledge of:
Plumbing
HVAC
Carpentry
Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.
Our company is growing and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our houses and property and minimize safety risks.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
Applicants should have knowledge of one or all air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
Compensation starts at 20 - 23 hourly
