RIGGER
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The Rigger will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of rigging techniques, heavy equipment operation, and mechanical knowledge to ensure all operations comply with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate rigging equipment to lift and move heavy loads.
Collaborate with crane operators and other team members to ensure safe lifting operations.
Inspect rigging equipment for wear or damage before use.
Prepare loads for transport by securing them properly using appropriate rigging techniques.
Assist in shipping and receiving of materials as needed.
Dig, build, and construct necessary supports for lifting operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks during operations.
Skills
Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including cranes and boom trucks.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to rigging and construction equipment.
Experience in shipping and receiving processes within a construction context.
Ability to dig, build, and construct supports as required for lifting operations.
Commercial driving experience is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members on site.

Job Description:
Nationwide Skilled Trades is actively seeking talented and highly motivated Marine Electrician. Must have knowledge and experience to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain various electrical systems, controls and equipment either on board vessels or in shipyard facilities. An electrician must be familiar with IEEE45 rules and regulations pertaining to shipboard power, distribution and control wiring involving the proper installation of AC and DC circuits and devices.
