Experience in Managing Construction or Experience Managing Tradesmen ? Someone's Superintendent or Estimator with all the responsibility but none of the reward ? Ready to control Your income ? "Running" a business (or it's running You) doing the Estimating, Invoicing, Purchasing, AND all the work too ? Construction Sales, but capable of more ? We have an Opportunity for You Our Project Managers are 100% Commission (Scary ? That's what You're doing now in business) basically our PMs keep 25%-30% of their Revenue (50% of gross profit after direct expenses, 55% after a year, and 60% after 2 years). We have job requests being ignored by the SEVEN busy PMs and a lack of additional Project Managers. No Cold Calling, No Sales Just Estimating and Closing a portion of the 100 job requests we get every week. You simply Schedule our Tradesmen, they get their own material, they do the work, then they send You pics of the completed work, usually from the comfort of Your Office chair. Easy , but not free, You still have to put in the time and effort.
We are a Preferred Vendor with many of the larger Real Estate Agencies and we do work with multiple Real Estate Companies. We are the #1 Referred Company with multiple Referral Companies. We are currently contracted to do Room Additions, Bathroom Remodels, Whole House renovations both for Homeowners and Quality Flippers, always Service Work.
