Looking for a skilled tradesman with Property Maintenance and Turn experience for rental properties/apartments throughout Hampton Roads. You must possess all necessary tools and have reliable transportation. No criminal background is required. You must be able to complete tasks timely and professionally.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Inspecting apartment systems to identify repair or maintenance needs
- Touching up paint or painting walls
- Mowing grass, pulling weeds, or trimming bushes or trees
- Handling light plumbing or electrical repairs
- Documenting tenant work requests for repairs and maintenance records
