Communicate with manger daily to discuss projects, potential issues, schedule, cost, changes etc. Demonstrate open dialogue with customers, subcontractors, and Project Managers with adjustments with projects etc. Communicate and give clear direction and leadership to subcontractors and vendors. Supervise trade employees and/or other contractors as required by contract. Responsible for job-site management and crew leadership. Responsible for daily reports, photos, documenting progress and issues. Schedule all subtractors, suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects. Must have own transportation. Be self-starter and dependable. Have hands on construction experience. (Be hands on Handy Man)
