Must be an excellent communicator, skill set to match career/goal motivated. Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, tile electrical, interior work of all kinds. Not a dealbreaker but some knowledge is needed. Must be proficient in carpentry frame to finish, drywall/mud work, etc. Just all around basic framing knowledge is needed. Must have basic tools. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE.
We are also looking to add few quality people to our team whether you have just started doing construction the past few years, or you're a veteran, even somewhere in the middle, we can work with all the above. What we need is dedication and wants to come to work every day. Does the job to the bet of their ability and is willing to grow.
