Growing high-end HOME BUILDER seeks ASSISTANT TO SUPERINTENDENT/HELPER/LABORER. Responsibilities will include: site cleanup, materials receiving and organization, various installations, punch-out, and special projects. Must be proficient in handling (for example) hammer and broom, as well as able to take on general light construction tasks. Self-supervision required. Experience in construction a plus. Must have reliable transportation and good driving record. Pickup truck a plus. Must be dependable and possess strong work ethic. Hourly pay rate commensurate with ability and experience.
