Chesapeake based home rehab company and rental management company needs experienced tradesman and rental maintenance technicians. Must be neat and clean in appearance, have own truck and tools and can work independently.

Demo/Clean out/Laborer
Rental maintenance technicians
This can be a hourly employment or sub contract.
Hourly- negotiable
Subcontract- you make your bids
