We areseeking a CDL-certified truck driverto join our expanding team! We hire only the most professional, timely, punctual and communicative drivers tasked withsafe and secure operational daily delivery missions out of the Hampton Roads area and throughout the East Coast connections we have established.
Our company works exclusively in heavy load freight services and deal directly with our clients and individual asset investors / heavily on local, port and some OTR deliveries.
Responsibilities:
-Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
-Properly track anddocumentactivity log
-Report any issues or incidentstodispatch
-Inspecttruck before and after trip
-Begin and end eachday on time
-Retain consistent communication with operations/dispatcher
-Daily check-in/out accountability of keys, fuel levels, retaining all receipts for operations manager
Please read qualifications carefully:
-Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields (preferably one year minimum)
-Commercial driver's license (MINIMUM TWO YEARS)
-TWIC Certified
-Clean record of driving / no accidents in the last two years.
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Strong work ethic
-Must be able to pass a drug test
-Cordial, clear concise, ability to multi-task
