Repo Driver Team Leader
Role and Responsibilities:
Repo Driver Team Leaders are former Repo Drivers that have demonstrated superior performance in their role. Leading a team of up to 4 Repo Drivers, the team leader is responsible and accountable for the performance of the entire team. A significant portion of the compensation is determined by the performance of the team. The team leader is expected to support, train, coach, and assist their team to ensure meeting the goals and objectives assigned.
Requirements:
Have been a Repo Driver for at least one year, with average weekly performance ranked in top 25% company-wide
