Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
Foster positive customer relationships and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience by advising on the best solutions and products.
Follow safety guidelines while performing both indoor and outdoor tasks.
Required Experience
Experience in customer service, with a strong emphasis on providing a positive customer experience.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
A valid driver's license is required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check.
Work Environment
Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned and could involve kneeling, crawling, bending, or other uncomfortable positions.
Flexible schedule required, including weekends or evenings.
