Our client is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join their current team to help manage the existing workload. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing organization and get hands on experience working with engineers and project teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) supporting customers at our customer. Provides full life cycle support including documentation, project management and relationship management for customers and projects. Works closely with the engineering team to deliver customer requirements. Negotiates and prepares Service Agreements. Prepares cost estimates and tracks project budget. Creates and monitors project plans for various customer requirements. Provides interface between external customers and technical teams to manage projects to schedule. Uses ServiceNow system to enter and monitor customer requirements. Coordinates and participates in customer meetings and clearly communicates project status and issues to customers. Basic cybersecurity knowledge is preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing project management support in an IT environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Excel
Strong Project Management skills with multiple projects
DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience using ServiceNow
