SAIC’s Office of SAIC Enablement is seeking a talented and creative resource to manage our Business Development Communications and Micro Content Development. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including the SVP of BD, Business Unit SVPs, BD VPs, BD Operations VP, and other functions to leverage industry marketing, solution marketing, digital transformation and system integration expertise to enable growth and win strategic, needle-moving opportunities.This individual will:
Create thought-leadership content for Sales Enablement including transformational initiatives and enterprise growth campaigns. Your job will be to tell SAIC’s story in a bigger, bolder and transformative way. You will work most closely with BD executives as well as communication teams to amplify SAIC’s story through enterprise campaigns, thought-leadership for business development and executive presentations and other Business Development pre-award assets. Much of your work in the first year will be focused on partnering with to architect and amplify our BD transformation narratives across SAIC’s enterprise to develop compelling content for campaigns. You will ensure the utmost quality in both the stories we tell and the creative execution we use.
Responsibilities
Own Business Development storytelling and content projects within enterprise campaigns, including long-form demand assets (pre-award documents, guides and playbooks), and short form (blogs, one-pagers, briefs, infographics, etc.), keynote presentation storytelling, scripts and talk tracks.
Oversee all stages of content development, including planning, building, localizing, reviewing, publishing, and optimizing for internal pre-award process and related campaigns and initiatives.
Outline, draft and then liaise with and/or delegate tasks to in-house creative teams, recommending solutions to improve content quality, accuracy, and delivery.
Develop Sales Enablement enterprise calendar for publishing and ensure the broader thought leadership across the BD enterprise is aligned across all channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
15 years of experience in industry marketing, solution marketing, digital transformation and system integration.
10 years of experience in content creation and or content writing.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Content marketing, thought-leadership, and working with cross functional stakeholders.
Experience with Business Development campaigns or enterprise communications.
Experience with executive communication and presentations.
Deep understanding of SAIC and/or government contracting, executive communication best practices.
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
Genuine interest in generative AI and passion to explore different creative routes.
Internal and External communication developing micro content for learning
· Understanding of a government pre-award process
Target salary range: $150,001 - $175,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
