pureIntegration is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team! This is a full-time, in-office (onsite 5 days a week) position reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations. This position is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Human Resources Department in the day-to-day operations at pureIntegration. Duties in the administration of the Human Resources function include but are not limited to onboarding, offboarding, engagement, compliance, and performance management. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here. Responsibilities:Onboarding & OffboardingCoordinate onboarding for new hires and execute first day orientation.Facilitate administrative processes to support onboarding, including completing I-9/Everify, initiating and reviewing background checks, data entry into HRIS and client portals, and submitting Personnel Action Forms (PAFs).Complete all all employee verifications.Execute new hire 7 day and 60 day surveys. Coordinate offboarding for exiting resources including preparing offboarding paperwork and performing an Exit Interview.“Customer” ServiceServe as the liaison between employees and the PEO for all benefits programs. Answer employee requests and questions with accuracy and on a timely basis. Resource ManagementMaintain an effective and compliant filing system to ensure employee files are up to date and ready to access.Maintain systems to track resource management and provide accurate reporting.Support Vice President of Business Operations with workforce updates.Department SupportDevelop, document and execute an accurate working knowledge of all PI policies and procedures.Assist with facilitation of PI Immigration Program.Assist with set up and execution of Performance Management Cycles.Assist with the facilitation of training and development programs.Assist with promoting and executing engagement programs.Set up new states for employer taxes and perform ongoing maintenance of accounts.Take ownership and manage assigned HR projects.
