NikSoft is currently conducting a search for a professional and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced and small business federal contracting environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform full life-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared candidates to support federal IT contracts.
As a successful recruiter in this role, you will drive hiring efforts for multiple job openings of various skill types and levels, with a heavy emphasis on technical positions.
As a trusted recruiting team member, you will use your strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with hiring managers assessing recruiting needs and efficiently source and hire qualified professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
5+ years' experience with IT/Cyber Security recruiting
Must have proven success and experience recruiting technical candidates at all levels for federal contracts
Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment.
Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques such as Internet job boards; search engines; social media sites; cold calling targeted candidates and companies; networking through professional associations, user groups; employee/candidate referrals and alumni; along with internal mobility.
Hands on experience with web-based talent management systems (e.g. iCIMS, ApplicantPro).
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Must have comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes of technical recruiting, including relevant laws, standards, policies and documentation.
Requires excellent teamwork, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
