Midlothian Accounting firm is seeking a qualified and experienced Bookkeeper with tax preparation experience.
A qualified candidate would have:
QuickBooks Desktop and Online proficiency. A QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor would be optimal.
General Ledger proficiency
Payroll and Payroll Tax experience
1040, 1120, and 1065 experience
Annual participation in the IRS AFSP Program
Excel proficiency
Drake and Drake Accounting Software experience a plus
We are looking for a candidate that is self motivated, has a high attention to detail, and has excellent Customer Service skills.
May - December hours are Tuesday - Friday 9-5
January hours are Monday - Friday 9-5
February - April hours are Tuesday - Saturday 9-5
