We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, and a keen ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets and deliver projects in time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address and resolve challenges that arise during a project.
Manage project timelines and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare and submit project progress reports to clients and management.
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
Handle project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years in a project management role.
Strong knowledge of building codes, and construction processes.
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Proficient in project management software and tools including Dash and Buildertrend.
